About QSIR Ltd
QSIR Ltd (a play on "Thank you, Sir" from the Ask Jeeves era) was incorporated on 15th July 2019 as a specialist management consultancy focused on financial modelling, strategic project planning, and corporate advisory services. The company draws upon decades of accumulated expertise in structuring complex joint ventures, developing funding models, and providing rigorous financial analysis for capital-intensive projects.
Our core competencies include three-year financial projections (P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet modelling), shareholder agreement structuring, project leverage optimisation, and investment-grade business planning. We specialise in sectors where technical knowledge and financial acumen must work in tandem—particularly energy efficiency, sustainable infrastructure, and property development.
Strategic Partnership: Zero Energy Systems Ltd
QSIR Ltd operates in strategic partnership with Zero Energy Systems Ltd, a joint venture established with Phil Woodman (company name changed 19th April 2012). This collaboration brings together complementary expertise in energy systems, international project development, and environmental technology commercialisation.
Phil Woodman brings extensive experience in renewable energy systems, international business development, and cross-border project management. His LinkedIn profile can be found at:

International Experience: Turkish Energy Projects (2012-2018)
Between 2012 and 2018, the Zero Energy Systems partnership undertook multiple visits to Turkey, engaging directly with Turkish Ministers of Energy on critical environmental and energy recovery challenges. The primary focus was addressing methane leakage from abandoned coal mines and waste disposal sites—a significant source of greenhouse gas emissions with substantial energy recovery potential.
This work involved technical assessment of methane capture opportunities, financial modelling of gas-to-energy conversion projects, and navigation of international regulatory frameworks. The partnership established valuable connections with Turkish academic expertise, including collaboration with Serdar Celebi, providing essential local knowledge and technical validation for proposed solutions.
